Donna is a highly accomplished and creative meeting management and event marketing professional with extensive experience managing and producing high-profile meetings and events, including meetings for boards of directors, annual conferences, investor and portfolio partner meetings, media events, and large-scale trade shows. She has extensive experience managing all aspects of meetings for financial services organizations, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Visa, and CMEA Capital. She is adept at negotiating hotel and vendor contracts, managing budgets and timelines, developing detailed event specifications, forecasting revenue, and establishing processes that result in increased efficiencies and improved attendee experiences.
Stephanie Heald proved the depth of her design talent working on websites, branding, magazines, newspapers, books, and information graphics at Danilo Black USA and Workbox Inc. Her book experience includes God’s Breath, Revolution, and San Francisco Seafood. She has served as both a designer and creative director with numerous established businesses and start-ups including SkillsOne, Marimba, Evite, Intelliden, Morgenthaler and SanDisk. Additionally, Red Herring magazine uses her information graphics templates, and the San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Edition uses her interior page layouts. She graduated with a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
